Cards are always accepted at checkout. If your buyers prefer to pay another way, you can turn on more methods in a minute. You choose which ones to offer, and you can change your mind any time.
Where do I turn them on?
Open Settings › Payments. Once your Stripe account is connected, you'll see a Payment methods list with a switch beside each option.
Which methods can I offer?
Apple Pay
Google Pay
Amazon Pay
Link
Affirm
Afterpay / Clearpay
Klarna
Some methods are only offered in certain countries. The list shows what applies to your account.
What does each one cost?
The buyer's processing fee follows Stripe's rate for the method they choose. Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, and Link are priced the same as cards. The buy now, pay later options (Affirm, Afterpay / Clearpay, and Klarna) cost more to process. The rate for each method is shown right next to its switch, and rates vary by country, so Stripe's published pricing is the final word.
Who pays the processing fee?
That depends on the fee setting for each event. You can have attendees pay the fee at checkout, or you can cover it yourself. You'll find it under Settings › Payments & Refunds › Fees inside an event. For the full picture, see Understanding Eventrise fees and pricing.
Where can I manage my Stripe account?
Select Manage on Stripe at the bottom of the Payments page. To connect Stripe for the first time, see Connecting your Stripe account.
