Connecting your Stripe account to Eventrise lets you receive payments directly from ticket sales. The setup takes just a few minutes, and once connected, you'll have full control over your payouts and financial settings.
A Stripe account is required to use Eventrise, and connecting your Stripe account is required before you can publish your event.
How to connect your Stripe account
1. Navigate to Settings
From your Eventrise dashboard, click on Settings in the left sidebar, then select the Payments tab.
2. Click "Connect to Stripe"
You'll see a card prompting you to connect your account. Click the Connect to Stripe button to begin the setup process.
3. Complete Stripe authorization
You'll be redirected to Stripe where you can either:
Log in to your existing Stripe account
Create a new Stripe account if you don't have one yet
Follow Stripe's prompts to authorize the connection between your Stripe account and Eventrise.
4. Confirm connection
Once authorized, you'll be redirected back to Eventrise. You'll see a confirmation message that your Stripe account has been successfully connected.
Managing your connection
After connecting, you have two options:
Manage on Stripe β Opens your Stripe dashboard where you can view transactions, update bank details, and manage payout settings
Disconnect Stripe β Removes the connection between Eventrise and your Stripe account (you can reconnect anytime)
