What integrations are available?

Eventrise offers integrations through its first-party MCP server, Zapier (early access), a public API, website embedding options, a WordPress plugin, and Stripe payments.

Eventrise is built to connect to the tools you already run your events with. Here's what's available today.

MCP server

Our first-party MCP server connects tools like Claude or Cursor straight to your Eventrise data. Once it's connected you can ask for a sales report, check who has arrived, update a promo code in plain language, the list goes on and on and on…

The quickest way to get started is the Claude Connectors Directory: claude.ai/directory/connectors/eventrise. Once it's connected, here's the kind of thing you can do:

  • Manage events. Create, update, and duplicate events, handle venues, sessions, speakers, and featured placement, and track launch readiness with event checklists.

  • Set up ticketing and pricing. Build ticket types, calculate pricing, manage availability, create and track promo codes, issue comped orders, and manage reserved seating and seat maps.

  • Handle orders and refunds. Look up orders, reassign tickets between attendees, and run the full refund workflow, previewing, approving, or rejecting requests in conversation.

  • Work your attendee list and check-in. Search attendees, pull ticket PDFs, and check people in on event day.

  • Ask for reporting. Revenue summaries, sales by day or ticket type, payout and fee breakdowns, check-in rates, promo code performance, abandoned carts, transfers, and refunds.

A few things organizers actually ask it.

  • "How did ticket sales trend this week?"

  • "Create a 20% early-bird promo for Friday's show"

  • "Check in John Smith"

  • "Which events have the most abandoned carts?"

Zapier (early access)

Zapier connects Eventrise to thousands of other apps without writing any code. A new registration can create a contact in your CRM, post to a Slack channel, add a buyer to your email list, or trigger whatever else you've set up.

Zapier is in early access right now. It works, but we add organizers to it by hand while we finish the rollout. If you're interested in joining, send us a message and we'll get you connected.

Public API

The public API gives you read and write access to your event data, so you can pull your event list into your own site, sync attendees into another system, or build something we haven't thought of. You create API keys from your My Profile settings under Integrations, and the full reference lives at app.eventrise.com/docs.

Putting Eventrise on your own website

You can embed Eventrise checkout directly on your site with an iframe, so attendees buy without leaving your domain and the traffic stays with you. It comes in two flavours, inline on the page or behind a button as a modal.

If your site runs on WordPress, our plugin also puts your event list and calendar on a page with a shortcode, each event carrying its own Get Tickets button. It renders in Eventrise styling rather than inheriting your theme, and you can turn off the calendar or the list and cap how many events appear. There's a live demo at eventrisedemo.com.

See Adding Eventrise to your own website for setup steps for both.

Stripe

Payments run through Stripe, connected to your own Stripe account, so payouts land with you as tickets sell. Stripe is part of getting set up rather than an optional add-on. If you haven't connected it yet, see Connecting your Stripe account.

Need something we don't cover?

Tell us what you're trying to connect. If Zapier doesn't reach it and the API isn't a fit, we want to hear about it, because those requests shape what we build next. Reach out at support@eventrise.com.
