When an organizer bills you through Eventrise, for a sponsorship, a booth or vendor fees, you'll get an email from no-reply@eventrise.com. The subject names the organizer, the amount and the due date, for example "Invoice from Linden Hall Live: $100.00 due November 21, 2026." The invoice is attached as a PDF.
How do I pay it?
Open the email and select View Invoice. The pay page shows the invoice on the left and Pay Invoice on the right. Check your email address, choose how to pay, enter your details, and select Pay. The button shows the exact total.
How can I pay?
You can always pay by card. Depending on what the organizer accepts, you may also see other options, like a digital wallet or paying straight from a US bank account.
Why is the total more than the invoice amount?
Some organizers ask the payer to cover the processing fees. When they do, the fees are listed under the amount due before you pay, and they depend on the method you pick. If the organizer covers the fees, you pay exactly the invoice amount.
Will I get a receipt?
Yes. We email a receipt as soon as your payment is processed. You can also download the invoice as a PDF from the top of the pay page at any time.
Why did I get a reminder?
The organizer sent it to let you know the invoice is still open, with the same pay link and PDF. If you've already paid, you can ignore it.
The invoice says it was voided. What now?
The organizer canceled it, and no payment is due. The pay link now says the invoice was voided and can't be paid. If you think that's a mistake, contact the organizer.
Who do I ask about the invoice?
The organizer. Reply to the invoice email and it reaches them, or use their contact details at the bottom of the pay page.
