What are the Manual orders and Comps reports?

See every staff-created order and every comped ticket for a show, and how many comped guests actually showed up.

When your team adds orders by hand, whether that's door sales, group orders, or guest list tickets, Eventrise keeps a record. Two reports turn that record into answers you can use at settlement and when you plan your next guest list.

Where do I find them?

Open Reports in the sidebar. Both live in the Tickets & Revenue group. Pick an event and the report opens as a table.

What is the Manual orders report?

It lists staff-created orders for the event, with the payment method, the amount collected, any reference you entered, and who created each order. Orders that buyers placed themselves aren't included. It's the quickest way to total up your cash, card, and check sales at the door. To learn how those orders get created, see How do I record a door sale?

What is the Comps report?

It lists every comped ticket for the event, with the reason it was issued, who issued it, the face value you gave up, the guest's name, and whether they checked in. For how to issue comped tickets, see Issuing comp tickets.

How do I read the redemption rate?

Redemption rate is the share of comped tickets that were checked in. If you comped 40 tickets and 30 guests came through the door, your redemption rate is 75 percent.

It matters most for guest lists. A low rate means a lot of comped seats went unused, so you may be able to issue fewer next time. Every room is different, so use your own numbers over a few shows rather than one night.

Can I get these reports by email?

Yes. Open either report and select Schedule to have it sent on a daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis. See How do I schedule a report to arrive by email?
