How do I view my sales?

Where to see sales at a glance, plus a guide to every report in Eventrise.

You can check how a show is selling in a few seconds, and dig into the details whenever you need them. Here is where everything lives.

Where can I see sales at a glance?

Open any event and you land on its Overview. It shows Total Net Sales, Total Tickets Sold, and Total Orders for the dates you pick, plus a Sales by Ticket Type table with how many of each ticket have sold, the price, and the revenue.

The Events page, which is the first item in the sidebar, adds up Total Revenue, Total Tickets Sold, and Total Orders across all your events for a date range.

Where are the full reports?

Open Reports in the sidebar. Most reports ask you to pick an event first, then open as a table. From there you can download the report or schedule it to arrive by email (see How do I schedule a report to arrive by email?).

What does each report show?

The Tickets & Revenue group covers the money side.

  • Orders details. Orders with attendee contact info, fee breakdown, and promo codes used.

  • Payouts & fees. Payout history with fee breakdown, disputes, and reconciliation data.

  • Revenue summary. Revenue totals broken down by event, ticket type, and source.

  • Sales by day. Daily totals for orders, tickets sold, revenue, and refunds.

  • Sales summary. Ticket type totals with capacity, sold, gross revenue, and net revenue.

  • Sales tax. A per-state breakdown of the sales tax you've collected and owe.

  • Manual orders. Staff-created orders with payment method, amount collected, and who created them.

  • Comps. Comped tickets with reason, face value forgone, and redemption rate.

The Other group covers your guests and what's happening around checkout.

  • Abandoned cart. Incomplete checkouts with attendee contact info and order value.

  • Check-in & attendees. Attendee list with ticket details, custom fields, and check-in status.

  • Promo code usage. Each promo code with type, usage count, and total discount applied.

  • Refunds. Refund requests with status, reason, amount, and attendee messages.

  • Transfers. Ticket transfers with original attendee, recipient, status, and dates.

For the two staff-order reports, see What are the Manual orders and Comps reports?

Where do I see my payouts?

Open Reports and select the Payouts tab. You'll see the amount available for payout, your next payout if one is scheduled, your last payment, and your total revenue, with a link to manage your account on Stripe.

Are tax reports a tax filing?

No. The Sales tax report is there to help you track what you've collected. You file and remit your taxes yourself. See Am I responsible for sales tax?
