Yes. On October 19, 2026, your event pages moved from app.eventrise.com to eventrise.com. Every old link forwards to the same page at its new address, so nothing you've already shared breaks.
What are the new addresses?
Your organizer page: eventrise.com/your-organization
Each event: eventrise.com/your-organization/your-event
Your dashboard: eventrise.com/dashboard
Creative South's 2027 page, for example, is at eventrise.com/creative-south/creative-south-2027.
Do I need to change anything?
No, your old links keep working. When you get a minute, swap the new ones into the places people see most:
Your Instagram bio and other social profiles
Your website, newsletter template and email signature
Anything you're about to print. Printed QR codes that point to an old link still work, so there's no need to reprint
If you use the WordPress plugin, update it to version 1.4.0 so its links use the new addresses. Embedded checkout (checkout.eventrise.com) hasn't changed, so you don't need to touch your embed code.
How do I find my new links?
An event: open the event and go to Manage › Event Details. The line under the title starts The event slug will be and shows the full address. You can also select View Event.
