If your event has more than one thing going on, like a conference with talks, a festival with several sets, or a workshop day, you can show attendees who's appearing and when. There are two pieces. The lineup is the people, and the schedule is the sessions.
How do I add people to my lineup?
Open your event, go to Manage › Lineup, and select Add to Lineup. Fill in what you'd like attendees to see.
Profile Picture (optional). JPG, PNG, GIF, or WEBP.
Name. This is the only required field.
Role and Headline. For example, Creative Director and a short line about their work.
Bio. A few sentences about them.
Social Links. Add any links you'd like to show.
Each person's card also shows the sessions they're part of.
How do I build the schedule?
Go to Manage › Schedule and select Add Schedule Item.
Title, Date, and Start Time are required. Description and End Time are optional.
Link to Lineup. Attach the speakers or performers so customers can see who's appearing during that time slot.
Link to Tickets. Connect the item to an existing ticket, which is handy for a paid workshop or a lunch add-on.
Hide from public. Keep an item off the full schedule that customers see, for things like staff call times.
In what order do schedule items appear?
By start time, by default. Switch the view from Start time to Custom if you'd rather drag items into your own order.
Can a ticket show up on the agenda?
Yes. In a ticket's advanced settings, turn on Link to agenda and choose the schedule item. See What do the advanced ticket settings do?
