Now that you've created your event, let's get your tickets set up. Tickets are how attendees register for your event, and with Eventrise, you can have everything configured in just a few minutes.
Before you begin, we recommend having the following prepared:
The types of tickets you want to offer (e.g., General Admission, VIP, Early Bird)
Pricing for each ticket type
Quantity limits and availability windows
Any special access or restrictions for specific tickets
Getting started
Here's how to create your first ticket:
Navigate to your Organizer dashboard
Click Events in the sidebar
Select the event you want to add tickets to
Click Tickets in the sidebar
Click the Add Ticket button
Complete all the fields in the modal window
Click Add Ticket to save your changes

Now let's walk through what each field means.
Thumbnail Icon | Optional visual icon for your ticket. You can upload a custom image or use an emoji to help attendees quickly identify ticket types. |
Ticket Type | Select the category of ticket you're creating. This helps organize your tickets and makes it easier for attendees to find what they're looking for. |
Title | The name of your ticket (e.g., "General Admission," "VIP Pass," "Early Bird Special"). Keep it clear and descriptive. |
Description | Optional field to add more details about what's included with this ticket. Use this space to highlight special perks or access. |
Link to Agenda | Toggle this on to make the ticket viewable as an agenda item on your event agenda. Useful for workshop-specific tickets or timed sessions. |
Hide from Public | Toggle this on to restrict ticket access. When enabled, only people with a promo code or custom link can see and purchase this ticket. |
Price | The cost of the ticket. Enter the amount attendees will pay (Eventrise fees are calculated separately and shown in the Attendee Total). |
Attendee Total | This automatically calculates the total amount an attendee will pay, including your ticket price plus Eventrise fees. |
Quantity Limit | Set the maximum number of tickets available. Leave blank for unlimited tickets, or enter a number to cap availability. |
Start Date / Start Time | When ticket sales begin. This is useful for early bird tickets or staggered release schedules. |
End Date / End Time | Optional. When ticket sales close. If left blank, tickets remain available until the event ends or they sell out. |
Timezone Info | Shows your event's timezone. All ticket sale times will reference this timezone to avoid confusion for attendees. |
