Check the refund policy first
Before requesting a refund, review the event's refund policy to make sure you're eligible. Every event on Eventrise includes their refund policy on the event page. Just scroll to the bottom to find it.
How to request a refund
If you're eligible for a refund based on the event's policy, here's how to submit your request:
1. Go to your Attendee dashboard
Log in to your Eventrise account and navigate to your Attendee dashboard.
2. Find your event
Click My Events in the sidebar, then select the event you purchased tickets for.
3. Locate your ticket
Under the Tickets heading, find the ticket you want to refund.
4. Request the refund
Click the three dots menu next to your ticket and select Refund Ticket. You'll be asked to provide a brief explanation for your refund request.
5. Submit your request
Click the Request Refund button to send your request to the event organizer.
What happens next? The event organizer will review your request based on their refund policy. You'll receive an email notification once they've made a decision. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Keep in mind that refund approval is up to the event organizer and depends on their specific refund policy. Response times vary by organizer.
