If you qualify for tax exempt status, we'll help you set it up so you can purchase tickets without paying taxes. Here's how it works.
Uploading your tax exempt documents
First, sign up for an Eventrise account if you haven't already. Then navigate to the Tax Exemption section in your profile:

Go to your Attendee dashboard
Click My Profile
Navigate to Tax Exemption
Upload your tax exempt documentation (like your 501(c)(3) letter or resale certificate)
What happens next
Once you've uploaded your documents, our team will review them to verify your tax exempt status. This usually takes 1-2 business days. We'll send you an email as soon as your account is approved and marked as tax exempt.
Purchasing tickets
After you receive our confirmation email, you're all set. When you buy tickets to any event on Eventrise, your tax exemption will automatically apply at checkout, and you won't be charged taxes.
